Speaking
I speak to leadership teams, executive audiences, and organizations that are ready to have honest conversations about what it actually takes to lead. Not the polished version. The one that's useful.

What makes it different
Most leadership speakers have one story. I have several — and they're in sequence. Marine officer in combat. VP at a Fortune 500 company. Founder of an eight-figure business. A serious, years-long inquiry into the inner life — not religion, not self-help, but the kind of honest reckoning that changes how you see everything else. And years spent living and working across the world — not as a tourist, but as someone genuinely trying to understand how other people live and what that reveals about how we do.
The result is a perspective that doesn't fit neatly into the usual categories — not a military speaker, not a business speaker, not a motivational speaker. Something more useful than any of those.

Formats
45–60 minutes. A single, focused argument delivered with evidence from my own experience. Not a motivational talk — a perspective shift.
Half-day or full-day. Interactive, application-focused. Teams leave with specific frameworks they can use immediately.
Small group, facilitated conversation. I bring the framework; the group brings the real problems. The most valuable format for senior leaders.
